  • Spend more time in silence. We often associate wisdom with “knowing” lots of facts — but often wisdom is simply about allowing things that are deeply true to flow through. A mindful practice that makes room for plenty of silence can let you tap into that flow.

  • Journaling. Free-writing (without trying to “figure things out”) can be a great way to access your own inner knowing and can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth.
