What it means to be a strong mum

  • Walking can be a great way to practise mindfulness by paying attention to your breath, the sensations in your body, and the sights and sounds around you. (We’ve got great walking meditations in the app.)
  • Set aside a few minutes throughout the day to take a mindful break. This doesn’t have to be long or complicated, but being intentional about resting is important.
  • Let others be strong for you, too. It’s okay for you to ask for help, to receive care, and to allow others to show their own unique strengths.
