When on the care program, you’ll have access to all the premium content in the app, as well as have the ability to share 30-day guest-passes with your friends so that they can experience the benefits of mindfulness too.
We follow a no-questions-asked approach, so you don’t have to disclose or prove why you’re not in a situation to afford it. Just click the Apply button below and fill out the short form and we’ll get back to you shortly with your access.

We approve everyone who applies for the Care Program. We just need you to fill out a short survey with your information and your account will be activated within 24 hours.
First, you must already have an active Plus+ membership to be able to share passes.
Then, go to the Profile Tab, and select Share Mindfulness Plus+. If you do not see the option, make sure you have the latest version of the app. Click Share with a Friend and then use any social/chat app to share it directly with a friend.
No. The complimentary 12-month membership will automatically expire after a year from the date it is applied.
