Like a lot of men of my generation, I was mostly unaware of my emotions for 30+ years.
One day I stumbled on to a live stream of Cory, and my life changed forever. I went on a four-year journey and also heard about Mindfulness.com during that time.
I started to use the app consistently, every day, in order to deepen my practice.
It has been a refuge for me, a way to broaden my container of love, awareness, and mindfulness.
Today, I am more present, and I can form deeper connections with others by holding space for them. The app helps remind me every day that presence, love, and openness are always available to me in every moment.
One of the great things about Mindfulness.com is that it lets you develop your own practice at your own pace. You can try new things, take what resonates, and leave what doesn’t. I use it now on a regular basis to support my core practice.
