We’d love to introduce you to Nancy. Nancy reached out to us from Northwest Missouri in the USA. As a healthcare worker, she was having trouble falling asleep at night. She didn’t expect to begin a journey of self-discovery.

Initially, I was searching for a solution to assist me with falling asleep. As a nurse, my job can be quite stressful, and I found the sleep meditations to be relaxing and soothing.
After a while, not only was I falling asleep faster, but I was also able to stay asleep and get higher-quality rest, because my mind was calmer and I was holding less tension in my body.
As I began my journey with the app, something else happened: I actually began an unexpected process of self-discovery. These practices have allowed me to expand my knowledge of myself.
This app is designed so well to meet my needs, and I now do meditations at least once a day, sometimes more.
As a healthcare professional, I have introduced to my patients the simple practice of mindful breathing. I’ve noticed that this technique is very effective in reducing elevated blood pressure.
Now I refer this app often to those whom I serve as a nurse and to friends and family.
