Daily Gratitude - People

Let's take a moment to appreciate the things that have been happening in your life recently. Today's theme is the people in your life. As always, if you would like to journal along, you can pause after each prompt to give yourself more time to write and reflect. First, let's take a deep breath in. And out.

It's easy to take for granted the people in our lives that we see regularly. But intentionally reflecting on these relationships can help us connect deeper and change how we perceive our lives. Who is someone in your life that is very dear to you? It could be a friend, family member, or even a co-worker. What qualities about this person do you appreciate? Be as specific here as you can. If you were to write a thank you card to this person, what would it say? Now with this in mind, repeat the following phrases.

Thank you for having this person in my life. Thank you for being the reason I smile. Thank you for the joy and meaning they bring into my life. Thank you for the time I get to share with them. To end this session, let's take a deep breath in.

And out. We'll see you back here tomorrow for another gratitude practice.
