Stopping what you're doing, closing your eyes if you like, and just being present to where you are. You can focus on your breath, the sounds around you, or just let your mind rest in the moment. A mindful minute is great to do maybe before a meeting or a difficult conversation, or just regularly throughout the day to keep bringing yourself back to the present moment.
