He received his PhD in Psychology from Columbia University and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review.
Rich is currently the CEO of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an organization originally developed at Google offering science-based mindfulness solutions to leaders around the world. He was previously the Head of Global Executive Education at Google and Head of Learning and Organization Development at eBay.
