Much of the time when we feel ungrounded, it's because we don't feel safe or in control. Essentially our ego structure is activated by the stimulation and uncertainty around us. So when you notice that happen, here are three questions you can ask yourself.
One, in what ways am I safe? Two, what can I control? Three, in what ways can I let be and trust? They're simple prompts, but they direct your attention in a way that is more spacious, grounding, and orienting. Try it out. Thank you for your practice and let's settle in for today's meditation.
