It might feel like it will be here forever. It won't. Soften. Trust. See if you can relax into the expansiveness of your heart, of your mind it can hold you.
It can hold all of you. In these moments, you don't have to be anything. You don't have to get anywhere. Relax into yourself. Trust the unfolding of your life.
This will pass. It always does. And there's a long lineage of people who have come before you who have gotten through difficult things. Thank you for your practice. Let's settle in for today's meditation.
