Hi, welcome back to

your Daily Mindfulness.

In today's session, we're going to

talk about clarity and confusion.

Clarity doesn't come from

pushing away confusion.

It comes from staying present

to confusion, being patient, and

listening for the deepest pulse of

truth that your mind is resisting.

The mind's resistance to the heart's truth

is what causes internal noise, confusion.

So here's a six-part practice you can do.

Step One, sit and be still, holding

confusion in your awareness.

Step Two, on each exhale, relax into

the support of the earth beneath you.

Step Three, once settled

imagine talking to your heart,

asking what is most true here?

Step Four, say thank you to

whatever response arises.

Step Five, ask again.

What is most true?

And then Step Six, repeat Steps Three to

Five until a response feels most aligned

with the deeper felt sense of who you are.

Sometimes you'll receive clear

guidance in one session of this.

Other times, it can take days, weeks,

months for full clarity to arise.

It's okay to not know.

Practice sacred patience.
