Hi, welcome back to

your Daily Mindfulness.

In today's session, we're going

to talk about fear and change.

The truth is many people are overqualified

for the life they're currently living.

They have the inner resources to

navigate the difficult emotions,

thoughts, and uncertainty that often

come with creating a new life path, but

fear keeps them stuck in old patterns.

Much of this is just operating

out of older conditioning.

And we need to remind ourselves that

the things we fear would happen are

actually things we'd be able to navigate.

We often just need to move

through the fear to see that

we'd be okay on the other side.

This requires taking a leap of faith.

So if you're in this situation,

see if you can identify what your

mind really fears would happen.

And then reflect on all the ways

that you would be able to navigate

that if it did indeed come true.
