Hi, welcome back to your Daily Mindfulness. In today's session, we're going to talk about inner wisdom. There's a source of wisdom we all come into this world with. It's not based in rational thought, cognitive processing or cultural ideas. It's even beyond the constructs of right and wrong.
It's the most fundamental you. We could say, your karmic signature, the unique way life expresses itself through you. You could even view this as your own life force. It's where your energy orients when you're not inundated with other people's ideas about who you should be and what you should be doing. It's the part of you that seeks, creates moves towards something of interest inherently.
There's a way for this to guide you, to bring you back home to yourself. It does require slowing down, getting grounded, listening more deeply and waiting until you feel the pulse of truth moving through you that has the resonance of, "Yes, this feels more like me." You could argue that this is our life's greatest work. So no need to figure it out in one day or one video. Just continue to make the commitment to deep listening. Thank you for your practice.
