Hi, and welcome back to

your Daily Mindfulness.

In today's session, we're going to

talk about what are you unwilling to

feel specifically as it relates to

following your truth in your life.

And, you know, we can spend a

lifetime tiptoeing around our,

our deepest needs, our deepest

longings and our deepest truths.

And to live in alignment with these

needs, longings and truths is to live

a full authentically expressed life.

But to honor, this authenticity often

does come with some temporary pain.

Sometimes it means losing

relationships, a sense of uncertainty,

instability, and a shift in job.

Of course we can get through life by

not fully honoring the most authentic

expression of ourselves, but often

something will feel incomplete.

We'll only feel partially alive, partially

connected to ourselves and our life.

So if a more authentic life is what

we're interested in, we need to ask

ourselves some questions as it relates

to the, the truth of our life and

what we most know we need to follow.

What do we not want to feel?

What are we avoiding?

What is the pain that we're

avoiding that we fear might arise

if we do walk toward this truth?

What would it look like?

Or what would it take to

walk toward the fire of that?

Are we ready for that?

And if we're not yet, are we preparing

ourselves to be ready for the future?

Are we ever actually ready?

Who knows, but we can get more ready for

that moment where we just take a leap,

where we fully surrender and we just

go, the value of living an authentic

life is greater to me than the temporary

pain I might need to experience.

At your core, you most likely know

what you're unwilling to feel.

And if you long for an authentic

life, you'll probably have

to get closer to this truth.

And this truth may come with some pain.

See if you can walk into the fire,

let it melt your armor, surrender,

and then rise from the ashes.
