original author of this quote.
And I think it's been said in
many different ways, by many
different people, but the
sentiment has always stuck with me.
And the beauty of this is that our past
is the foundation we stand on when doing
the work of being in the present moment.
You are here, now.
If we step out of clock time, this
moment is truly a new beginning,
independent of what has come before.
All you have is this moment of
wakefulness, of choosing to be here
fully, to see clearly, to listen deeply.
And it's your opportunity for
