Hi, welcome back to your Daily

Mindfulness, in today's session, I'm

going to share a simple hack you can use

to feel more empowered, and it has to

do with the questions you ask yourself.

Whether you realize it or not,

and you're always asking yourself

questions, often, subconsciously.

Is this safe?

How long is this going to last?

Will they like me?

As I said, this is often happening

in the background of our awareness.

But an interesting thing happens

when you ask your mind a question.

It tries to find an answer.

And so if you ask the question, what's

wrong with me?Your mind will start

searching and chances are, it'll be able

to find all sorts of stuff to tell you

why there's something wrong with you.

But similarly, if you ask the

question, what's right with me?

Well, your mind is going

to start searching for the

answers to that question.

All the things that are right with you.

For this reason, questions

ended up creating the running

narrative in our minds.

And if we want to feel more empowered,

we have to ask more empowering questions.

So my invitation to you today is think

of something difficult that you're

going through, and then notice what sort

of questions are you asking yourself?

Are they questions like: How

long is this going to last?

Why is this happening to me?

Why does everything go wrong for me?

And then see if you could ask

more empowering questions.

Perhaps, how can this be

a learning experience?

How can I use this as

an opportunity to grow?

What strengths can I pull on to help

me thrive in this difficult situation?

When you ask empowering questions,

you get empowering answers.
