Hi, welcome back to your Daily Mindfulness. In today's session, we're going to talk about grief. So in a retreat recently, I had a student ask how she could transcend her grief. My response was different than what I think she expected and I'll offer it to you as well. I said to transcend grief, you need to befriend it deeply.
Let it crack you open into the vastness of who you are, surrender, feel, wail, resist, be still, and trust. Remember that you are held by something much bigger than you realize. Let grief be your portal. Sending love to you on whatever journey you're currently navigating and whatever future journey comes your way. Thank you for your practice.
