In this micropractice, we'll explore the

beautiful heart quality of gratitude.

So wherever you are, taking a moment.

Close your eyes and sensing your body.

And noticing if there's any part of

your body that you feel grateful for.

Your eyes to let you see the world.

Your ears to let you hear sounds.

Hands that let you touch.

Your feet letting you ground.

Your heart, pumping

blood, keeping you alive.

Lungs, allowing you to breathe.

And expanding wider, to all the

people that you know, all the ways

that you've been given to, all

the kindness and generosity, and

family and loved ones, friends,

Perhaps grateful for this

earth and all of the beauty.

The sky, the animals,

the forest and plants.

In these last moments,

letting your attention roam to

anything you feel grateful for.

And nticing how that touches your

heart and brightens your mind and

invokes a quality of appreciation.
