The GLAD technique is a mindfulness and wellbeing practice created by Donald Altman. It's an acronym, G L A D. G stands for what's one thing you are grateful for today. L, what's one thing you learned today. A, what's one thing you accomplish today.

And D, what's one thing that brought you a sense of delight today. This is a practice you can do at the end of the day, maybe alone in your journal, or something you could do around the dinner table with your family, with your partner, with a pet. It's a great practice to review and mindfully orient to what happened in your day, especially what went well in your day. Try it out and see if it resonates for you.
