History of Mindfulness Day

Mindfulness Day is a remarkable event established by the not-for-profit Wisdom Publications. It was created in 2011 to raise awareness of the message of mindfulness and its many benefits. Since then, it has been celebrated globally with people from diverse backgrounds coming together to honor the practice of mindfulness through various events, workshops, and meditation groups.
