Let's focus our attention on the scene in front of us as a way to unwind. Noticing the soft grass below you. And the unevenness of the terrain as it spans forward out towards the mountains. Can you see the small little rocks in the grass line? And how the color of the grass shifts from dark to light. And the edges of the grass where it drifts off into the valley.
Observing the clouds as they sit in the middle of the valley. And just watching their slow, subtle movement through the mountains. Can you see the pointed edges of the rocks to your left? And the more rounded shape of the mountain tops to your right. How far out can you see? How about the mountain all the way in the back, faded against the blue sky? Breathing in. And breathing out.
