Let's focus our attention on the scene in front of us as a way to unwind. Bringing your gaze to the top of the mountain. Noticing the way that the snow cap lines the mountain. And how the ridges begin halfway down and gradually spread out. Can you see the difference in color between the rocks on the mountain from the top to the bottom? All the way down to the grass by the river and the reflection of the sky.
Noticing the grass line. The lightness of it. Contrast it with the dark blue at the base of the mountain. And the turquoise of the lake. Notice how reflective and still the light is.
And how the stars rotate around the mountain and the night sky. Have you observed any of the flashing shooting stars yet? What's it like to look for those? And taking in all the sounds of the frogs, the river, the lake.
